Nathan Fabian is the Chief Responsible Investment Officer at the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment. He directs and oversees the PRI’s Investment Practices, Active Ownership, Policy & Research, ESG, Climate Change and SDG activities. Nathan is also the Rapporteur for the Taxonomy Group of the EU Technical Expert Group on Sustainable Finance. He was an Observer on the EU High Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance and part of the Secretariat for the UK Green Finance Taskforce. Prior to the PRI, Nathan was the CEO of the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC) Australia / New Zealand and Corporate Governance Policy Advisor to Senator Penny Wong.
Keith Rovers is partner in MinterEllison’s Corporate & Capital Markets Group and a member of International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and Standards Australia Technical Working Groups on Environmental Management Systems and Green and Sustainable Finance and Investment. He serves as MinterEllison’s Sydney Pro Bono and Community Investment Partner, which involves coordinating the firm’s pro bono strategy and leading MinterEllison’s community investment ambassadors and staff members on interesting community investment projects.
